Provider terms

Only registered businesses with a licensed venue may publish experiences. Verification documents are required during onboarding.

Providers must confirm or decline booking requests within 24 hours and honour confirmed bookings.

A platform commission is deducted from each confirmed booking. Payouts are released after the experience takes place.

Providers are responsible for licensing, insurance, food safety and responsible-service obligations at their venue.
