Review policy

Only guests with a completed booking can leave a review, and every review is linked to that booking.

Providers may reply once to each review. Providers cannot delete reviews or pay to have them removed.

Reviews containing personal data, discrimination, threats or off-topic content are removed after moderation.

Reported reviews are checked by a human moderator, supported by automated screening.
